Founded in 2025, ArxNova is a London-based alternative investment manager focused on European asset-backed finance (ABF). The firm specialises in niche, mid-market ABF transactions for institutional investors. It has investment-related permissions.
Luca Lombardi is Founder and Chief Investment Officer of ArxNova and holds the SMF1 Chief Executive and SMF3 Executive Director roles. Before co-founding the firm, he spent 21 years at Goldman Sachs, where he was Partner and Global Co-Head of Credit, Mortgage and Commodity Finance with oversight for EMEA and Asia. He also served on several senior investment, management, and risk committees.
Jonathan Donne is Founder and Chief Operating Officer of ArxNova and holds the SMF16 Compliance Oversight, SMF17 Money Laundering Reporting Officer, and SMF3 Executive Director roles. He began his career as a structured finance lawyer at Linklaters before joining Goldman Sachs, where he spent 15 years in senior structured credit roles across London, New York, and Hong Kong. He later held global leadership positions in Singapore.
Enrico Orlandi is Founder and Portfolio Manager at ArxNova. Before co-founding the firm, he was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, specialising in credit portfolio acquisitions and asset-backed financing across Europe. He previously held senior roles at Citigroup and began his career at PE firm Mittel.
